Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, but the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Consulting fees are agreed upon at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments, with the balance due prior to or at the time of the consultation. Eric Roberts Consultants LLC accepts payments through approved methods only, and failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

 

**3. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

   - Cancellations can be made up to **48 hours** before the scheduled appointment; however, the deposit will be forfeited.

   - For cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the appointment, no refund will be issued, and the full session fee will be charged.

 

**4. Rescheduling Policy**  

Clients may reschedule appointments up to **48 hours in advance** without incurring additional fees. Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment may incur an additional charge.

 

**5. Confidentiality**  

Eric Roberts Consultants LLC maintains strict confidentiality of all client information shared during consultations. Client data will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

**6. Intellectual Property**  

All materials, recommendations, strategies, and content provided by Eric Roberts Consultants LLC remain the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials solely for their own internal business purposes.

 

**7. Limitation of Liability**  

Eric Roberts Consultants LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its consulting services. Clients assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on advice or recommendations provided during consultations.

 

**8. Termination of Services**  

Eric Roberts Consultants LLC reserves the right to terminate services if these terms and conditions are violated or if client behavior is deemed unprofessional or abusive. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

 

**9. Governing Law**  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Suwanee, GA.

 

**10. Amendments to Terms**  

Eric Roberts Consultants LLC reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
